Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a RightFax Operations Engineer to join their team. As a RightFax Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Production Operations team supporting the EFT Platform Fax Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Maintain and support the RightFax and other fax systems in a Production Operations environment.
- Handle application installation, upgrades, and vulnerability management.
- Manage incidents and changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Perform migrations between fax systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and observability to ensure optimal operations.

What's Needed?
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise level support, particularly with RightFax and fax systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in incident and change management processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as SQL, VBScript, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Telephony, SIP, T.38, and Active Directory.
