Quality Control Manager
Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join their team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the management team supporting the overall operations of the plant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to superior quality, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Pennsauken, NJ 08110
Pay Range: Up to $105,000
What's the Job?
- Manage the administration and execution of the plant's entire quality program.
- Oversee internal and external relationships related to quality, including customer and supplier compliance.
- Conduct process critical testing and controls to ensure quality performance improvement.
- Lead and participate in monthly internal quality audits and 3rd party audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Implement and enhance quality management procedures and work instructions.

What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience in quality management/supervisory roles within a printing or packaging environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
