Our client, a global leader in software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions driving innovation across industries, is seeking a Project Manager – Power Substation to join their team. As a Project Manager – Power Substation, you will be part of the Engineering and Facilities department supporting infrastructure and energy systems teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager – Power Substation
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Pay Range: $80–$85/hr

What’s the Job?
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures

What’s Needed?
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in power substation or infrastructure projects
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, BlueBeam, MS Project, Visio, and other project management tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and time management
