Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, excellent program management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Compliance & Audit Program Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ months (highly possible extension)
 

What's the Job?

• Perform compliance assessments by documenting processes, narratives, and testing controls
• Identify gaps in controls and coordinate remediation activities to address compliance concerns
• Develop and implement compliance strategies in collaboration with various departments
• Schedule and oversee testing and remediation activities during testing periods
• Prepare compliance reports and develop training materials for stakeholders

What's Needed?

• Experience in audit or compliance work, including IT, financial, operational, or compliance sectors
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and GRC tools (AuditBoard experience is a plus)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams
