Procurement Category Manager 5
Our client, a leading organization in the construction and procurement sector, is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to join their team. As a Procurement Category Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting multiple construction projects across the AMER region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Procure, plan, delegate, and coordinate procurement activities across multiple construction projects
- Track key milestones, manage deliverables, and oversee change order processes for seamless project handoffs
- Review supplier bids, assess pricing, support, and availability to ensure optimal sourcing decisions
- Utilize ERP and PBI tools to create and manage change orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues related to procurement and project timelines
What's Needed?
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba is preferred
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
