Pay Range: $63/ hr to $66/ hr (On W2)

We are looking for a “IT Business Analyst (Power BI Analyst)” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.


Position Summary:
Seeking a Power BI Analyst to join a Scrum team, responsible for designing and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role supports data-driven decision-making through effective data visualization, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements
  • Define ETL processes and data transformation needs
  • Document user stories using Agile tools like Microsoft DevOps or JIRA
  • Work closely with BI architects and engineers
  • Attend Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
  • Support end users and engineers with help desk tickets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a BI or Power BI Analyst
  • Proficiency with Power BI and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Work Breakdown:

  • 40% – Requirements gathering
  • 20% – Documenting user stories
  • 10% – ETL process documentation
  • 10% – Agile meetings
  • 10% – End-user and engineering support
  • 10% – Testing and architectural reviews

General Business Analyst Duties:

  • Analyze, document, and recommend improvements for business processes
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
  • Develop process flows, test plans, and support validation activities
  • Provide ongoing support for applications and system enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal policies
  • Support QMS, EMS, and other regulatory initiatives
