Job Title: Postmarket Surveillance Analyst
Location: Plymouth, MN location (hybrid potential after training).
Pay Range: $30 - $33/hr on W2
Experience Level: 0-3 Years
Start Date: Within 2 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and document product complaints, including those related to sales, adverse events, and malfunctions.

Code complaints to identify trends and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage files, procedures, and detailed descriptions accurately.

Meet deadlines and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with teams to ensure quality assurance and regulatory standards are upheld.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (sciences preferred).

Experience: 0–3 years in a related role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Adaptable, motivated, and able to learn independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the medical device industry.

Background in regulatory affairs, quality assurance (QA), or clinical/medical fields.

Prior experience in complaint handling, customer service, or claims management.

Familiarity with handling high-volume tasks and meeting deadlines.
