Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the plant's maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Selah, Washington
Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000
What's the Job?
- Manage maintenance functions and provide support for the plant.
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
- Initiate and manage capital projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and develop safety-related programs for all staff.
- Mentor supervisors and mechanics to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance supervisor and/or manager experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of FDA and OSHA regulations, GMPs, Sanitation, and HACCP.
- HACCP Certification, SQF Certification, or equivalent training preferred.
