Our client, a leader in rigid industrial packaging, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Cedar City, Utah
Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000 + 3% bonus
What's the Job?
- Lead and direct a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring effective operations and team development.
- Oversee maintenance activities, focusing on automation manufacturing processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage CAPEX projects up to $1 million, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and EHS Manager to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

What's Needed?
- Experience in automation manufacturing is essential.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with injection molding and blow molding processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
