Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an M365 Product Manager to join their team. As an M365 Product Manager, you will be part of the Product Management team supporting the Copilot Acceleration project. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in Agile methodologies, and expertise in managing large product rollouts, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - Onsite required 3 days a week)

What's the Job?
- Define the vision and roadmap for productivity products and services across the Collaboration and Productivity (CAP) product portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment on priorities to achieve portfolio objectives.
- Maximize the value of products by prioritizing features/epics in the backlog and articulating this to stakeholders and development teams.
- Drive continual service improvement based on data/metrics and user feedback.
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine features/epics and ensure there is enough ready work for upcoming quarters.
What's Needed?
- Previous Product Management experience with a focus on large/complex product rollouts.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and financial management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with JIRA, SDLC, and data sources.
