Our client, a leading player in the commercial insurance industry, is seeking an Insurance Change Manager to join their team. As a Change Manager, you will support the NA COO office in enhancing the utilization of existing tools and processes.

Job Title: Insurance Change Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $35-40/hr + Benefits
Contract Duration: 24-Months

What's the job?

  • Review current utilization of tools and compare against targets to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client & field engagement to maximize the benefits of tools and promote process ownership.
  • Organize ongoing training sessions and refreshers to ensure users have the latest information regarding a tool's features and best practices.
  • Utilize communication channels to gather feedback and communicate updates or changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align the tool's functionality with business needs, objectives, and desired client or colleague experience.
  • Work closely with the Operational and Product team members to review and document internal processes related to tool onboarding.
  • Monitor survey feedback to assess effectiveness of supporting resources, adjusting to fit evolving need, and informing future enhancements.

What's needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5-7 years pweroven experience in change management, with a focus on supporting and optimizing existing technologies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess current usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support users at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the insurance and broking industry a plus.
