HR Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. As an HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various branches. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado

Salary Range: 80-115k (Depends on Experience)

Job Function:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
• Implement and coordinate policies, procedures, and programs including recruitment, employee training, and development.
• Manage recruiting by assisting department managers with identifying staffing needs and creating job postings.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees, handling questions and resolving work-related issues.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure employee growth and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational and analytical skills.
