Genesys Engineer

Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Genesys Engineer to join their team. As a Genesys Engineer, you will be part of the technical team supporting critical communication systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage and support the deployment of Genesys Engage - On Premise Applications.
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of SIP Servers, Resource Manager, and other Genesys components.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues related to server and networking fundamentals.
• Utilize Unix/Linux environments, Apache, and TomCat for system management.
• Implement and manage callback services and Universal Routing Server functionalities.

What's Needed?

• 5 years' experience with Genesys Engage - On Premise Applications.
• Expertise in Genesys Framework/Management components, including MCP and CUCM Tservers.
• Strong knowledge of Java (versions 8 and 17) and service management tools like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies for project management.
• Solid understanding of firewalls and network security protocols.
