Rate: $90–$110/hr

We’re building a bench of on-call Senior Project Managers to support high-profile, flagship events for a leading global organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Step in as the Trip Director or lead PM when the event owner is unavailable or needs on-site support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-visibility stakeholders and ensure flawless event execution.
- Augment the core team to reduce travel demands and allow event owners to stay focused on planning.
- Represent the organization with professionalism and confidence at major events.

Ideal Candidates:
- Senior-level PMs with experience in event operations, logistics, and stakeholder management.
- 7+ years of managing corporate events, trade shows and customer experiences
- Comfortable being on-call with flexible availability.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to manage complex, high-touch events.
- Open to freelance work with benefits (no PTO); frequency and duration of assignments may vary.
