Our client, a global leader in providing critical medical diagnostic and informatics products, is seeking a Financial Analyst IV to join their team. As a Financial Analyst IV, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Division FP&A HQ team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a methodical approach, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Prepare financial analysis and reports for P&L and balance sheet metrics that meet the timing and quality of presentation requirements.
  • Maintain an effective planning process for the division, including coordination of a planning calendar with key dates and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive tools and templates to support the consolidation and timely completion of corporate schedules.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by managing the reporting of monthly financial performance metrics.
  • Complete month-end close activities, including tying out monthly revenue and preparing journal entries.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 7+ years of finance experience, including roles of increasing responsibility in accounting and/or finance.
  • Strong Excel skills and demonstrated initiative in analytical thinking.
  • Ability to provide data and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Experience in streamlining functions within the department and maintaining an efficient work ethic.
