Job Description:
DIGITAL EVENTS MANAGER

• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars and meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support development of event content and agendas.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, platform selection and management, and technical setup.
• Manage registration-related tasks, from site development to creating invitations to reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee pre-event technical rehearsals with speakers to ensure a seamless event experience.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing post-event analysis and reports, as needed.
• Assist with operational and financial administration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in virtual event management.
• Support senior event managers with logistics requests, as needed.
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and managing virtual events. In person event experience a plus.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Zoom).
• Comfortable working directly with executives and senior leaders.
• Expert proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing environments and priorities.
• Results-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences that resonate with attendees.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
