Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 12 Months Contract  
Pay Range: $34/hr to $38/hr (On W2)

100% Onsite

We are looking for a “Development Quality Engineer II” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.


Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to support product development and manufacturing quality activities. This role includes risk management, design verification/validation, process validation, and support for CAPA and QMS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support or lead quality efforts in product development (PDP/CPDP) and design changes
  • Generate and maintain design verification test plans and reports
  • Conduct and support risk management (hazard analysis, FMECA, cybersecurity risk assessments)
  • Support labeling verification, design validation, and essential output reporting
  • Collaborate with engineering for requirements, V&V, and manufacturing reviews
  • Ensure DHF completeness and regulatory compliance
  • Review document changes and support CAPA implementation
  • Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Experience in medical device industry preferred
  • Knowledge of risk management, ImV/TMV, validation, and CAPA processes
