Our client, a diversified multinational conglomerate that operates in several broad industries, is seeking a Customer Logistics Load Factor Project Manager to join their team. As a Customer Logistics Load Factor Project Manager, you will be part of the Global Logistics department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, a keen analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Logistics Load Factor Project Manager
Location: Remote, Must be able to travel domestically (US) & internationally intermittently
Pay Range: Competitive
Contract Duration: 12-Months
Job Function:
- Optimize intercompany vehicle utilization and shipment efficiency, aiming for an 80% vehicle utilization rate.
- Leverage Power BI analytics to identify trends and underutilized trailer nodes, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop decision-support tools to accelerate the rollout of load factor initiatives and inform site visit planning.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement standardized pallet configurations and improve intercompany shipping schedules.
- Track and report site-level improvement activities, ensuring accountability and visibility into initiative progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial engineering, business or related field.
- PMP certification or related Project Management/ Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Candidates will typically have 8+ years of work experience in supply chain, distribution or logistics.
- At least 5+ years of experience specifically in project leadership or operations excellence.
