Our client, a leading organization in data center operations and construction, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 3 to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager 3, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting Mountain and West Coast Data Center Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager 3

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $55-60/hr

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and operating workers on data center projects.
  • Process change orders and communicate effectively with engineers and general contractors.
  • Manage bid processes for projects ranging from half a million to 25 million dollars.
  • Implement measures to motivate team members and improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project reports and personnel records to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction project management or related roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and project management techniques.
