Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the onsite construction team supporting safety and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 4
Location: Johnstown, OH 43031
Duration: 4 Months on W2
Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour + Benefits & PTO
40 hours per week, M-F

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and coordinate safety activities on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Implement safety measures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
  • Train construction personnel on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed safety records and report on safety performance metrics.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in construction safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
