Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst II to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: CAPA Process Analyst II
Location: Gretna, LA
Pay Range: $30 - $33/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Lead investigations and activities through the CAPA program.
- Utilize investigational tools to determine the root cause of nonconformities.
- Ensure timely implementation of CAPA plans to support the introduction of new and improved products.
- Maintain effective CAPA system records for audit-readiness.
- Produce trending metrics and reports to manage further actions as required.

What's Needed?
- 4+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of the Corrective and Preventative Action process in medical devices.
- Understanding of statistics and experience with complex electro-mechanical and optical components.
- Bachelor of Science in a life science or engineering discipline.
- Ability to use EQMS effectively.
