Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Network organization supporting the Kelsey team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ
Pay Range: $37 - $42/hr (Only W2)
What's the Job?
- Support the disputes process for specific Network transactions.
- Track, follow-up, and communicate daily with customers, including financial institutions and merchants.
- Assist with pre-arbitration and arbitration cardholder dispute cases.
- Manage documentation related to disputes to mitigate claims.
- Engage in back-office functions related to the debit network business.

What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or military experience.
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups, sorting, and pivot tables.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers at various levels.
- Experience in handling cardholder debit disputes is a plus.
