Audit and Controls Tester - IA
Our client, a leading player in the financial services industry, is seeking an Audit and Controls Tester - IA to join their team. As an Audit and Controls Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the Credit Cards - Loyalty Solutions Rewards and Benefits product area. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Audit and Controls Tester
Location: West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 10+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
What's the Job?
- Understand QA requirements as they relate to credit card rewards adjustments and benefits.
- Create new Quality Assurance (QA) procedures in collaboration with procedure writers.
- Review existing QA procedures to streamline, improve, and optimize QA evaluations.
- Adhere to control-creation related issue and corrective action deadlines.
- Conduct audits and manage internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in quality assurance and operational risk management.
- Strong understanding of business controls and operational risk analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
