Our client, a leading technology company is seeking an AI Solutions Architect 2 to join their team. As an AI Solutions Architect 2, you will have Analyst Capability, Power Platform and User Interface/User Experience Design which will align successfully in the organization.

 
Job Title: AI Solutions Architect 2

Location: Remote 

Pay Range: $60.99 - $67.10 on Experis W2

 

What’s the Job?

The team focuses on enabling incubation and innovation, building tooling to capture insights and impact across various spaces, and supporting the scaling of these insights to more customers. Projects include developing Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Agent Builder, as well as tools for capturing, measuring, and reporting customer insights.

What’s Needed?

Reporting & Analytics
• Establish reporting aligned to GSA team engagements across the AI Business Process and AI Workforce teams.
• Work with Unified Success to project manage creation of new reporting to track MSFT invested engagements and upsell to incremental Unified Services.
• Define metrics, data sources, semantic model requirements, and wireframes/storyboards for executive dashboards and MCAPS LT customer story monthly reporting.
• Develop a work-back schedule for executive communications, ensuring timely stakeholder alignment, clear milestones, and readiness for leadership reviews and approvals.
Process Excellence
• Lead project plans for readiness materials, live training sessions, ongoing change management, and feedback loops for adoption of new processes tracking customer engagements.
• Drive initiatives such as increasing labor logging rates, improving NBUE code usage, and managing MSX opportunities.
• Accelerate incubation-to-scale outcomes by producing high-quality documentation/specifications and optionally assisting in tooling development.
• Lead discovery workshops; author BRD/FRD, process maps, data models, dashboard wireframes, ALM/test plans, and Unified/VBD handoff packets.
Feedback Loop & AI Integration
• Create feedback loops for CSAs to suggest improvements to operational processes.
• Lead project plans to incorporate AI into operational processes, reducing internal time spent by CSAs.
• Define documentation-first patterns for Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents, including agent instructions, scoping, tools/actions, data sources, autonomy, channels, governance, and analytics for runtime assets/environments.

Required Skills:

  • Analyst Capability (4 years): Strong data analysis and documentation skills, including discovery and requirements gathering.
  • Power Platform (4 years): Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Copilot, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
  • User Interface/User Experience Design (4 years): Ability to design effective user interfaces and experiences for business applications.
