Our client, a dynamic player in the advertising industry, is seeking an Advertising Budget Analyst to join their team. As an Advertising Budget Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting media teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Advertising Budget Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE
Salary Range: $50,000 - $52,000/yr.
Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
Schedule: Hybrid
What's the Job?
- Manage your client portfolio and the end-to-end billing process.
- Assist agency media teams to ensure timely monthly billings and review draft bills.
- Organize, catalog, and route invoices to clients while reviewing unbilled media reports.
- Support accounts receivable collections and liaise with media teams for payment follow-ups.
- Run and analyze reports in Prisma/Spectra OX to assist media teams.

What's Needed?
- A four-year degree is preferred.
- 1+ years' experience in billing and reconciliation required.
- Strong background in media finance and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Power Pivot preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of media finance and invoice procedures.
