Accounts Receivable Analyst
Our client, a dynamic leader in the advertising industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and exceptional attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid
Job Type: 3-month Contract to Hire
What's the Job?
- Contact clients regarding past due invoices daily via telephone or email.
- Generate and distribute Accounts Receivable reports to Account Executives, Management, and Clients.
- Recognize and analyze collection issues while researching payments and applications.
- Assist with audit requests and perform client account reconciliations.
- Serve as the primary back-up for the Cash Application Associate.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in accounting.
- Above average proficiency in Word and strong Excel experience.
- Familiarity with Cash Applications and Accounts Receivable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with above average written and oral communication skills.
