Description
We're a business with bold growth ambitions, and our people's development and impact are central to that success. As a Talent & Leadership Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bringing to life and operationalising our global People Strategy, with a particular focus on deployment across our EMEA and Asia Pacific region. You'll work across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community, collaborating with colleagues from all regions to design and deliver initiatives that support our most critical strategic priorities.

Qualifications
Core Responsibilities
- Partner across the global Talent, Leadership and Learning team to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify future areas of focus and measure impact.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and global HR teams to co-create employee experiences that address real business needs.
- Champion the use of technology to enhance and scale our people products and experiences.
- Embed end-to-end people solutions that blend external best practice with deep understanding of our organisational context.

What We're Looking For
- Ability to use data to tell compelling stories and inform decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels and geographies.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, exploratory mindset.
- Experience with design thinking and human-centred approaches to problem-solving.
- Ability to design simple, engaging end-to-end experiences for employees.
- Experienced working directly with the business or customers to co-create and deploy solutions
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage through brand and tone of voice.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a drive to push boundaries and innovate.
- A commitment to equity and inclusion in all people practices.
- Experience working effectively with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
