We are looking for an accomplished Strategic Account Director to lead our largest accounts within the Tier 1 banking and financial services sector (Non Big 4). Based in either Sydney, you will drive growth, engagement, and revenue generation for our main clients. Your role will involve strategic upselling, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions from our suite of world-class decisioning, credit, digital, and data offerings.

You are a sales professional with a proven track record in managing strategic accounts. You will represent our company as a trusted advisor, demonstrating deep industry knowledge. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure outcomes for both Experian and our valued clients.

What you'll be doing- Reporting to the Sales Director

- Sales Generation

- Lead and expand relationships with our largest clients in the banking and financial services sector

- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue new business prospects

- Taking the commercial lead in achieving positive bidding outcomes

- Align Experian's value propositions with client goals

- Champion Experian values

- Maintain a Client Focus

- Deliver exceptional Client Focus, targeting industry-leading Net Promoter Score achievement.

- Become a Trusted Advisor and go-to Subject Matter Expert for your customers, participating in the development of important solutions to make their business more successful

Experience and Skills

More about you

- 10+ years of experience in sales with specific capability in Saas or Technology

- 6+ years of experience dealing with the financial services sector

- Able to demonstrate a history in complex sales and understanding complex solutions

- Works with an enthusiastic outlook and a strong team orientation
