Description

Experian Platform Delivery (EPD) is made up of multiple teams that deliver cloud and on-prem services to our business. We own, implement, and deliver many platforms including, but not limited to, authentication, security/crypto delivery and ServiceNow. We enable services to our business in all regions that allows them to move fast with confidence that the security, operational and financial goals are focused on ensuring a great outcome for our clients and consumers.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President of Technology Platforms to lead our global technology infrastructure and delivery capabilities. Reporting to our EVP, Platform Delivery Office, this executive will oversee the Global Network Team and the Global Product & Portfolio Delivery Team, ensuring seamless integration, innovation, and execution across our technology platforms. The ideal candidate brings a fresh perspective, transformational leadership, and an understanding of modern technology ecosystems to achieve strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global strategy for technology platforms, aligning with business goals and driving innovation across network infrastructure and product delivery.
  • Team Oversight: Lead and develop high-achieving global teams, including the Global Network Team and the Global Product & Portfolio Delivery Team, encouraging a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Technology Vision: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, cloud-first strategies, and scalable platforms to future-proof our digital capabilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure robust, secure, and high-achieving global network operations and delivery pipelines. Drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across all platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication: Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and external partners to align technology initiatives with enterprise priorities. Demonstrate executive presence while presenting to C-suite leaders and build cross-functional relationships with ease.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with global standards, regulations, and best practices.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
  • Deep expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading global technology teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical strategies into measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations.
  • Excellent presentation skills, especially with senior executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
