Description
As an Analytics Manager, you will help drive data-driven decision-making within our global platform and product teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of Adobe Analytics across multiple digital platforms, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection. By collaborating with product teams, you will develop and maintain tracking plans, configure and manage analytics tags, and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity. Your expertise will troubleshoot any issues and staying updated with the latest Adobe Analytics features and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to understand their analytics needs and objectives.
- • Create and monitor dashboards within Adobe Analytics.
- • Lead the implementation of Adobe Analytics across various digital platforms.
- • Develop and maintain tracking plans to ensure accurate data collection.
- • Configure and manage Adobe Analytics tags, variables, and events.
- • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- • Create and automate comprehensive reports and dashboards based on collected data.
- • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to product teams.
- • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with analytics implementation.
- • Stay updated with the latest Adobe Analytics features and best practices.
- • Present findings and insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- You should have minimum 13+ years of experience
- Basic HTML and JavaScript skills.
- Experience working with Adobe Launch.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Adobe Analytics across digital platforms.
- With the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- To effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to handle a dynamic environment.
- Initiative and ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach to tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- You will be reporting to a the Senior Leadership
