Overview
We are looking for a Senior Platform Architect with a platform engineering mindset to help define and guide the evolution of our enterprise-wide platform capabilities. You will help build the foundational architecture, infrastructure, and reusable services that promote data-driven and AI-powered solutions across the organization. You will report directly to the VP of Architecture.
- Responsibilities
- Develop core platform components that support the full product lifecycle, including identity and federation (ID&F), decisioning, data, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.
- Define scalable solution architectures for internal platform services and create reference implementations for common use cases
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to promote the use of shared platform services at an enterprise scale
- Champion platform adoption by influencing engineering practices across product teams
- Guide engineers on platform architecture, best practices, and scalable design patterns.

Experience and Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building enterprise-scale platforms.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and data-intensive platforms
- Proficient in Java
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Helm.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline development for production environments.
- Experience with architectural leadership, driving technology adoption, and promoting platform reuse across teams.
