Description

We are hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within our Direct-to-Consumer business, with a unique focus on bridging teams in India and leadership in the US. This is a senior role that goes beyond project delivery to shape alignment, efficiency, and business impact across domains.

The ideal candidate will be one of the few program managers based in India, trusted to connect global product leadership with local engineering and design teams. You will anticipate scaling challenges, ensure priorities and business context are well understood, and drive execution at speed while building strong collaboration across time zones. You will report to the Director of Project Management and work closely with senior product and engineering leaders globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of complex, cross-domain initiatives with clear ownership and accountability
  • Anticipate scaling limits and propose structural solutions to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes
  • Act as the connective tissue between US-based product leadership and India-based delivery teams, ensuring priorities and business context are aligned
  • Manage program-level dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple teams and functions
  • Mentor and guide local team members, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and delivery excellence
  • Shape organizational approaches to planning, dependency management, and velocity consistency
  • Create transparent, outcome-focused status updates for both local and global stakeholders
  • Ensure teams stay focused on consumer outcomes and business impact, not just outputs
  • Represent domain delivery priorities in executive discussions, advocating for both local teams and global strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12 to 15 years of experience leading large-scale digital product delivery in consumer tech, e-commerce, or FinTech
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-team programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, modern product development practices, and the Product Operating Model
  • Strong ability to work across time zones and cultures, connecting senior leadership with local execution teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and influence skills with executives and technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to implement delivery process improvements across domains or regions
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams


Qualifications

  • Proven success managing complex, multi-team programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, modern product development practices, and the Product Operating Model
