Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your primary goal as a Senior Financial Analyst role is to provide the UK and EMEA regions with support across financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.

What you'll do:

  • Manage month-end process and forecast;
  • Provide variance analysis and commentary;
  • Provide projects tracking and approvals up to pre-agreed limits;
  • Provide staff requisitions and POs approval up to pre-agreed limits;
  • Be a main contact for finance, tax, and audit partners.
  • Provide guidance on main processes along with solutions to address improvements to the processes; Exercise governance and control of processes and deliverables;
  • Be reliable partner by providing support on governance to finance partners and functional operations following the target operating model of the function;
  • Review pre-defined (monthly, quarterly and annual) and ad hoc management information reports, ensuring work is completed.
  • Report financial information in response to requests from the wider finance team and the business;
  • Provide the business with accurate views of its financial performance, with insight and commentary.


Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Finance/Business and related degree or Masters Degree;
  • Appropriate Finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent
  • Very good level of general financial accounting gained in a multinational business environment following IFRS;
  • Prior experience in an international or global business in a complex, matrix organization;
  • Very good understanding of financial management information;
  • Experience with financial management information principles and terminology.
  • Logical thinker with the ability to turn complex inputs into simplified outputs;
  • Present ideas and opinions with enthusiasm and credibility;
  • Fluency in English
  • Excel and data manipulation skills;
