This is a hybrid role located in Costa Mesa, CA.
As Senior Creative Specialist at Experian Health, you will be an essential member of the marketing team, responsible for delivering an array of creative materials that define the brand's visual identity and communication. You will be the central resource for all marketing creative initiatives, offering expertise in graphic design, visual storytelling, and cohesive branding across digital, print, and experiential channels. The Senior Creative Specialist will transform complex product details into engaging, accessible assets for a diverse healthcare audience, using a high level of proficiency in industry-leading design platforms. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.
You will:
- Design and produce various marketing and sales collateral, such as product information assets, reports, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics, using advanced design software.
- Develop visually impactful presentation decks for both internal and external use, leveraging tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
- Create event branding and event space visuals-including banners, signage, and experiential displays-for conferences, trade shows, and company events, using applications such as Adobe Illustrator and large-format printing platforms.
- Design compelling visual assets for social platforms with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, Canva, and video editing suites like Premiere Pro and After Effects for animated or interactive content.
- Support web design and user experience initiatives, contributing to homepage refreshes, landing pages, and interactive graphics, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Manager, and familiarity with HTML/CSS for seamless collaboration with developers.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with Experian Health's brand guidelines and positioning objectives.
- Use Wrike and Microsoft Teams to manage projects from start to finish, balancing priorities and deadlines. Oversee contractors and vendors to complete projects.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization, using communication and feedback platforms like Wrike and Microsoft Teams for brainstorming and project review.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the evolution of Experian Health's marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay current on design trends and new technologies, and recommend enhancements that keep the Experian Health brand fresh and following messaging objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of hands-on design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating use of advanced creative platforms (healthcare or technology sectors preferred).
- Technical Application Competencies:
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD, Adobe Express).
- Demonstrated skill in Figma or Sketch for collaborative web and UX design.
- Experience with PowerPoint (and Copilot) and Canva for rapid visual asset creation and presentations.
- Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools like InVision, Adobe XD, or Marvel.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, or similar).
- Experience using digital asset management systems (Bynder, Brandfolder, Adobe Experience Manager).
- Project workflow management with Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Motion graphics and video editing: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Photography and photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
