You will manage all Power of Attorney (POA) documentation at the state levels, set up tax and reporting structures, and maintain client access and contact information for our UCM clients. As the single point of contact for both our teams and clients, you'll ensure a seamless, accurate, and efficient onboarding experience. You will report to Experian's Manager, Client Data. Location preference: Eastern Time Zone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and track POA documents for all client accounts
- Manage user access and permissions
- Work with our tax team to ensure accurate tax data
- Maintain reporting structures

Experience and Skills
- Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets),
- Understanding of Power of Attorney documents
- Experience managing multiple tasks
- 1+ years of experience with state unemployment agencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
