Join Our Team as a Provisioning Coordinator!

Are you a professional with experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs and experience supporting client onboarding, data operations, and relationship management? We're looking for someone like you to join our team!

As the Provisioning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the execution, management, and submission of power of attorney documentation, address of record, and SIDES changes for client accounts. You'll also be responsible for contact management and overseeing the daily operations of a client data role. Your work will involve close collaboration with new and existing clients, our teams, and state agency personnel to ensure seamless and efficient processes. You will report to Experian's Manager, Client Data. Location preference: Central or Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Create the process flow for power of attorney documents
  • Establish and maintain address of record and SIDES documentation
  • Resolve delays in the POA process, keeping everything on track
  • Maintain accurate client contact information
  • Oversee daily operations related to client data management
  • Communicate with internal staff and state agencies
  • Provide status updates for audit resolutions
  • Track tasks and follow up on alerts to ensure smooth operations

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs Some knowledge of PEO POAs
  • Strong task tracking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with contact and data management systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and Outlook
