We are looking for a strategic Project Lead to lead projects within our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) functions. You will guide process improvements, operational efficiencies, and projects that enhance our ability to engage top talent while promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging. Additionally, you will oversee the development and management of a project execution backlog for the year, ensuring agreement on main priorities.

What you'll do:

  • Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project execution within TA and I&B, ensuring understanding of goals, timelines and deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Implement improvements in recruitment workflows, diversity hiring strategies, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Project Backlog Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive project execution backlog, prioritizing projects and tracking progress throughout the year.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead all communications related to project updates, providing regular progress reports and ensuring transparency with key stakeholders, including TA teams, HR leadership, and People-Technology & Analytics.
  • Data & Reporting: Use analytics to inform decisions, measure the impact, and report on main initiatives.
  • Technology & Tools: Oversee the integration and adoption of talent-related technology solutions that enhance hiring and inclusion efforts.
  • Change Management: Improve adoption of best practices, facilitate training sessions, and support team members through transitions.

Experience and Skills

What yоu'll bring:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in project management preferably within HR, Talent Acquisition, or Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; PMP certification will be great addition.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment technologies, HR systems, and data visualization tools.
  • Leadership: Experience influencing cross-functional teams, guide initiatives, and foster a collaborative work environment.
