Description

The Graduate Data Operations Analyst is a key support role in Experian's Open Data Solutions team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager of the Look Who's Charging product. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to join our team as we scale. The role involves managing timely flow of data, day-to-day operations and liaising closely with key stakeholders.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing

  • Conduct extensive web research and contribute to the enrichment and governance of the merchant data asset.
  • Perform high-volume data entry and validation with strong attention to detail, supporting data quality and consistency.
  • Manage Quality Assurance tasks, including offshore team assessments, and provide coaching and technical support to overseas teams.
  • Provide ongoing support for accuracy and data completeness of key data assets.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to support new business opportunities, existing client needs, and internal data initiatives.
  • Apply data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis and operational use.
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships across technical, client support, and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.


Qualifications

What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence in collaborating with peers and managers across teams to drive shared outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, focused on optimizing operational processes and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with SQL/Python is a bonus. Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
