We're looking for an experienced product leader to step into the role of Head of Product - Score and Report in our Direct-to-Consumer business. Reporting to the Product Director, you will lead our product offerings that help consumers view, understand and improve their Experian credit score and report. As a senior member of the Product team, you will have responsibility for growing and enhancing the propositions and features at the heart of Experian's product set.

What you'll do:

  • Define the Product Vision and Strategy: Develop, articulate and deliver a clear product vision and strategy for Experian's Score and Report domain, across all product tiers including both app and web.
  • Delivering Innovations and Strategic Initiatives: You willlead the delivery of new innovations, products, features and large strategic projects to enhance our credit score and report offerings. You will lead large cross-functional teams to both develop these initiatives and take them to market.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Analysts, promoting a collaborative and outcome driven culture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of key projects.
  • OKR Ownership: Manage the OKRs for the Score and Report domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and overall responsibility for performance of the domain.
  • Driving Engagement and Growth: Implement strategies to increase customer engagement, upsell premium offerings, and improve retention through innovative and valuable features.

Experience and Skills

  • Product Leadership Experience: Prior experience as a Head of Product or as a senior Product Manager ready to step into a leadership role, with extensive product experience, driving product success.
  • Consumer focus: Deeply consumer-obsessed, with a strong commitment to understanding and solving genuine customer problems. You will have created product experiences that meet the real needs of our customers, ensuring that their satisfaction and success are at the heart of everything you do.
  • People Management: Strong team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a product vision and strategy that drives business growth and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Experience managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial metrics, with experience developing and presenting business cases. Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to stakeholders.
