TBM Finance Lead - Summary

As a TBM Finance Lead, you will be a strategic partner driving the Technology Business Management (TBM) agenda across T&I and EGSO. You'll collaborate with IT, finance, and business leaders to strengthen TBM capabilities and deliver insights that improve cost transparency and value realization. You will lead efforts in analyzing IT consumption and spend, translating complex data into business strategies, and promoting continuous improvement.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Main Resposibilities

  • Lead monthly Magic Orange (Technology Total Cost of Ownership) reporting, ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, and applicable insights for partners.
  • Help maintain Dashboards and metrics to track T&I and EGSO spending and performance.
  • Be an important partner by providing analytics, supporting financial planning, and promoting cross-functional collaboration to lead informed decision-making.
  • Communicate TBM results and insights to partners, translating technical findings into business-relevant recommendations.
  • Be the backup for the Consumption monthly process, including conducting analytics and maintaining documentation for critical volume processes.
  • Help with Cost Allocation and Chargeback for different cycles, scenarios.
  • Improve process efficiency and system automation to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and Advanced English level.
  • Experience in financial management within a technology-driven environment.
  • Background in cost allocation, chargeback mechanisms, and financial reporting.
  • Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.

Bonus

  • Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Queries. Knowledge of financial software and data visualization tools is also an ideal.
