Description

We are looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Finance Partner to support strategic decision-making across the business. You will be a key liaison between the finance team and operational teams, providing insight, challenge, and financial guidance to improve performance and value creation.

The Finance Partner for Vertical Markets will report into the Finance Director of Data, Platforms & Vertical Markets. And you will sit within the Credit & Verification Services business. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and their team.

You will, partner with business units to provide financial insight, analysis, and support for strategic and operational decisions. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for assigned departments.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights and present to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

Key experience/skills we're looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
