Description

Experian Software Solutions are looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to join our team as the Data & Platform Analytics Lead for the Ascend Platform. You will lead the development of our analytics vision across our software platform, driving insights that shape product strategy, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

You will oversee the end-to-end analytics lifecycle-partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success-to transform data into relevant insights, both for our customers in client-facing products, or for our business by surfacing relevant management information.

This is a hybrid, London based position reporting to the Senior Vice President for Platform and Digital.

Important Responsibilities

  • Analytics Leadership: Lead the data and platform analytics function, setting the vision, roadmap, and priorities that align with our strategic goals.
  • Customer-facing dashboards and insights: Develop, automated and intuitive client-facing dashboards that reflect how the platform is performing technically, and supporting a client's outcomes
  • Platform Intelligence: Develop scalable analytics frameworks to measure platform engagement, feature usage, customer behaviour, and system performance.
  • Strategic Insights: Deliver proactive, data-driven recommendations to influence product roadmap, customer success strategies, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Data Infrastructure Collaboration: Work with data engineering and platform teams to ensure quality data pipelines, tools, and architecture for advanced analytics.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with executive leadership and other partners to identify analytics opportunities and drive key initiatives.
  • Advanced Analytics: Promote the use of predictive modelling, experimentation (A/B testing), and machine learning to deepen insights and optimize outcomes.
  • Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, privacy, and compliance of analytics efforts across the business.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data analytics or data science roles with leadership capacity within a software/SaaS platform business.
  • Experience delivering business impact through analytics in a product-led environment.
  • Experience with SQL & data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and experience with cloud data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Understanding of platform metrics, user journey analytics, retention/cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Simplify complex data insights for executive audiences.
