As a Credentialing Investigation Analyst Intern in Costa Rica, you'll gain hands-on experience in how businesses ensure their clients are credible and follow important rules. You'll work with experienced team members to help review client information, support customer setup, and learn about data privacy and security.
Responsibilities:
- Help the team review all clients to make sure they meet company standards and follow legal guidelines.
- Help gather and organize documents to help verify that clients are using services responsibly and legally.
- Learn how to explain important rules to clients about how they can use credit information properly.
- Practice using tools like Salesforce to update client records and help keep information accurate.
- Support team members with special tasks and projects that help improve how we work.
- Work with different departments to help set up new clients and provide support where needed.

Experience and Skills
- You must be enrolled in your final year at a Technical High School in Costa Rica.
- Knowledge of Excel at basic level.
- Proficiency in English.
- You like making sure things are correct and organized.
- You're curious and like solving problems - you enjoy asking questions and figuring things out.
- Focused mindset and understanding deadlines - even when things get busy.
- You're a team player and enjoy working with others.
- Beneficial:
- Some experience with Salesforce (a tool we use to manage client info).
- Web query knowledge.
