Description
Experian Information Technology Services are looking for a Client Delivery Manager.
You will have the responsibility of ensuring a positive client experience for several client deliveries. You will oversee the efficient delivery of client solutions with a team of client delivery analysts and data analysts.
You will have a detailed understanding of the demand pipeline and their client deliveries. This will be achieved by working with Go To Market and the Client to schedule deliveries that align to client plans and by applying the required framework governance throughout the delivery phases.
This is a Hybrid, Nottingham based position reporting to the Head of Customer Success for Digital CI.
Client delivery:
- Work with client and Go To Market to interpret requirements from lenders to implement their credit policies on Experian's eligibility solutions
- Identify issues and support remediation activity
- Manage workflow for a team of matrix client delivery analysts and data analysts
- Maintain existing solutions and provide solutions for new clients
- Support clients through the provision of MI and ad-hoc analysis
- Work according to all regulatory requirements and existing change processes and security standards
- Advocate for a culture that achieves our goals, delights customers and acts in a manner conducive to the fair and reasonable treatment of all consumers, irrespective of whether these are Experian UK clients and consumers or not
Client Experience:
- Communicate performance and reporting for partners
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of Clients
- React to all client feedback (NPS) and utilise this data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to improve the service we deliver

Leadership:
- Lead teams within the management matrix structure to resolve issues and prioritise work across client delivery teams
- Collaborate with the Product Team and Agile Lead to work according to Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- A background in analytics and technical delivery
- Working collaboratively, leads by example and inspires trust of others
- Coordinate with partners, sales teams and leadership teams around possible goals and upcoming opportunities
- Direct client managers and delivery analysts and working with software developers
- Experience using Excel (data manipulation and presentation)
- Experience in the credit industry
- Experience with Agile ways of working
