Business Tooling Analyst

• System administration of developer productivity tooling
• Perform audits and housekeeping on productivity tools to ensure effective performance, storage and maintenance of the systems
• Deliver Continual Improvement initiatives across productivity tooling applications, support processes and data integrations such as BOTs for data cleansing & enrichment.
• Deliver regular license reporting and manage license volumes based on policy, adoption and usage metrics.
• Support the wider team accountability to develop new ways of reporting, presenting MI, shaping delivery processes, and exploring new tools and ways of working to further enhance the Business Management Tooling framework within Experian

Experience and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and in a Technology Operations or DevOps environment.
• Issue commands via command line interface within a Linux based environment.
• Experience with software architectural patterns and cloud-based technologies
• 1+ years of experience in system administrations and operational support
• Knowledge of development practices, DevOps
• Proficiency with reporting and data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Excel, PM tools) and automation capability (BOT/SQL/etc.)
