Description

Descripción general del área: El equipo de Operaciones de Servicio es el responsable de velar por el análisis, la ejecución, la mitigación de riesgo, la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos y solicitudes que se le escalan, enfatizando en la calidad, productividad y continua mejora del área.

Propósito del cargo:

o Validar el cumplimiento de las políticas de vinculación y viabilidad para garantizar que todos los documentos recibidos, Cartas de tarifas, otrosí, contratos, anexos cumplan con los requerimientos.

o Creación y actualización de procedimientos

o Gestión de firmas Electrónicas

o Comunicación información con clientes.

o Realizar cierres y revisión de ajustes de facturación.

o Gestión casos cliente existente

Entregables:

1. Informes de gestión diarios en el procesamiento de vinculaciones

2. Informes de gestión diarios en el procesamiento de solicitudes cliente externo

3. Ejecución novedades

1. Analizar y gestionar los requerimientos de vinculaciones cliente nuevo

2. Análisis y mitigación de riesgo teniendo como lineamiento la política de la compañía

3. Analizar y gestionar los requerimientos cliente Existente

4. Revisar los procesos de negocio y las políticas de la empresa para ayudar a mejorar los procesos.

5. Comunicación y orientación al cliente Externo

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2 años de experiencia en área de servicio al cliente, análisis de información.
  • Técnico o tecnólogo en áreas administrativas.
  • Manejo de Bases de Datos, CRM (Salesforce), Excel, Power Point
  • Destreza en el análisis de información
