**Must be open to perform internship for 6 Months Only

Summary:

Your tasks will include but are not limited account payable. There are open opportunities for various accounting exposure.

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Finance Intern and gain hands-on experience in corporate expense auditing and payment controls.

  • Audit employee expense claims to ensure compliance with travel policies
  • Respond to employee queries related to travel expense payments
  • Conduct expense trend analysis to identify patterns and insights
  • Execute control implementation in payment processes
  • Perform bank verification calls for vendor/customer transactions
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in Empower Workshops
  • Assist in future migration of Payables tasks to KL GFS


Qualifications

Role Criteria:

  • Open to recent graduates (Minimum Degree holder and above) / final year students who is looking for an internship
  • Able to commit for at least 6 months period of internship
  • Excellent phone manner is a must, able to converse with people who have English as first or second language
  • Good command of English with excellent communication skills
  • Initiative to go above and beyond the required task
