Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack or backend software development
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and scripting
- Any experience with Node.js, including building and maintaining production-level services
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization
- Practical knowledge of containerization using Docker, including developing, testing, and deploying applications in Dockerized environments
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to maintain and contribute to frontend codebase when needed)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and innovation
Nice to have
- Experience working with Databricks or other big data processing tools
- Familiarity with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Background in agile development environments and DevOps practices

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable API services using Python and Node.js
- Work with data repositories, especially MongoDB, to serve data effectively through APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features from concept to production
- Develop and debug applications running in Docker containers
- Maintain and improve frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (VueJS is a plus)
- Apply software development best practices including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
- Communicate proactively with teammates, product managers, and stakeholders
- Lead by example in code quality, architecture discussions, and team collaboration
