Requirements
- Background in IT recruitment
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) and Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Knowledge of Employment Laws
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management
- Strong decision-making skills

Responsibilities
- Searching for candidates in Brazilian Market
- Demonstrate a thoroughly understanding of specialized skills and qualifications in order to screen IT resumes
- Working with the GreenHouse
- Sending GDPR requests in accordance with instruction
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast their department’s goals and hiring needs
- Recruit top talent people and achieve hiring goals
- Transferring candidates to Recruiters and scheduling an interview
- Conduct after fact and feedback candidate meetings
- Conduct Salary and Market research
