About the Client  

The company is headquartered in New York City, has 60+ offices in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, and employs 4,500+ professionals. This international management consulting company focuses on retail services.

What You’ll Do

  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable back-end services using Node.js
  • Build user-friendly, responsive interfaces with React, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in our software development lifecycle and technological architecture
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack to ensure system stability and performance

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering
  • Demonstrated expertise in Node.js for back-end development
  • Extensive experience with React and modern front-end development principles
  • Strong grasp of software architecture and design patterns, with the ability to build scalable and maintainable systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about technical challenges
  • Proficiency in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
